At Essential Soul, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

  • Request Time: You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Process:

    1. Email us at support@essentialsoul.in with your order number and issue details.

    2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

    3. Once verified, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Non-Refundable:

    • Used or worn jewelry

    • Custom or personalized orders

    • Orders returned without prior approval


Note: Refunds are made to the original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
