Essential Real Shilajit is a purified Himalayan resin (Asphaltum) sourced from high-altitude rocks and slow-filtered to retain bioactive minerals and fulvic compounds. It dissolves cleanly in warm water or milk, supports daily energy, recovery and cognitive focus, and helps maintain healthy stamina. Made without fillers, flavours or preservatives, every batch is lab-tested for heavy metals and microbes, then packed in a light-protective jar to keep potency intact. Subtle, earthy aroma; soft at warm temps, brittle when cold—exactly how authentic resin behaves.

Quick authenticity checks (at home)

  • Solubility: A pea-size piece should fully dissolve in warm water into a clear tea-coloured liquid without grit/sediment.

  • Texture & temp: Hard/brittle when cold, soft/tarry at body-warmth.

  • Taste/aroma: Bitter-earthy, slightly smoky; not sweet or perfumed.

  • No foam/sugar: Doesn’t froth, doesn’t taste sugary; leaves no chalk.

  • Jar test: A tiny smear should stretch like tar—not crumble like clay.

  • After drying: A drop on a spoon dries to a glossy film, not crystals.

What to avoid (red flags)

  • Powders labeled “shilajit” with sweeteners/binders.

  • Strong fragrance or added flavour/colour.

  • Milky/cloudy residue or undissolved sand.

  • Wild claims like “90% fulvic acid” (biologically unrealistic).

Our lab standards (say this only if you have reports)

  • Heavy metals (ICP-MS): Pb, As, Cd, Hg within FSSAI/WHO limits.

  • Microbial screen: total plate count, yeast/mould, pathogens.

  • PAHs: within safe limits.

  • Fulvic content: typically 15–30% (range varies by season/source).

How to use

Pea-size (≈300–500 mg) once or twice daily. Dissolve in warm water/milk or take under the tongue. Hydrate well.

Who should avoid / caution

Pregnant or breastfeeding, gout/very high uric acid, hemochromatosis (high iron), or on regular medication—consult your doctor first. Stop if any discomfort.
